Private Lessons

We work with players individually to provide maximum attention while focusing on areas of improvement. After a brief warm-up, your session will be followed by an hour of specifically designed drills tailored to accomplish your goals as a player. You will receive individual training and instruction for an hour, and we will customize your lesson to meet the needs of your lacrosse game. Each instruction period is tailored with one goal in mind: to make you the best lacrosse player you can be and ultimately become a Champion.

Semi-Private Lessons

Players will push each other to be a Champion in semi-private lessons. You’ll work with our coaches and two to three teammates or friends doing one versus ones, dodging, passing, ground balls and shooting. Together, we will customize a lesson plan that will allow you and your friends to accomplish your individual lacrosse goals.

Group Lessons

Champion programs require all players to be at the top of their game. You and your teammates or friends will join TWO Champion Lacrosse coaches in our small group lessons. These lessons allow you to have personal instruction along with a competitive, yet enjoyable, small practice environment to help you and your teammates or friends reach your ultimate lacrosse potential. Small group lessons are ideal for players who are teammates.

Our indoor clinics take advantage of the Bills' AdPro Sports FieldHouse

Clinics

Being the best takes practice and hard work. It also requires ample coaching and attention. That’s why we offer the best instructional programs to help players bring their game to the next level.

We know what it takes to be the best, and that means year-round training with the pros. Each of our coaches brings valuable experience and a unique skill set to the table, making for a variety of beneficial clinics. In addition to our own Champion Lacrosse clinics, our coaches will work with your team or youth program in a private clinic.

Indoor Field Lacrosse

Players should not only be practicing their game from March to June; they need to make a year-round commitment. Our indoor field lacrosse clinics allow players to hone their skills when playing outdoors is not an option. Players will work on proper stick work, ground balls, shooting, dodging, passing, stick checks and positioning. Players will also scrimmage to put their newly learned skills to the test.

Indoor Box Lacrosse

Our indoor box lacrosse clinic will show players the difference between field and box lacrosse. Indoor box lacrosse promotes faster skill development and makes for a more enjoyable experience. Playing on a smaller field area promotes creativity to beat defenders. Shooting on a smaller 4’ x 4’ indoor net, compared to a 6’ x 6’ field net, improves shooting accuracy. Overall, indoor box lacrosse accelerates the learning process with more touches and possession time to develop stronger stick skills. As a result, players gain more confidence in their abilities.

Champion Lacrosse is the only program that offers professional indoor box lacrosse instruction. We feel that there is great value in coaching indoor box lacrosse because it gives players a greater opportunity for possession of the ball. We’ve found in one of our recent studies that in a 48-minute high school field lacrosse game, the average player has possession of the ball 12 times per game. In an indoor box lacrosse game played on a 200’ x 80’ ice rink area, THE AVERAGE PLAYER DOUBLED HIS AMOUNT OF POSSESSION TO 24 TIMES PER GAME.
